This post about Hartland Brooklyn is very special to me because 1) it’s my first official stationery post and 2) it just so happens to be about one of my all-time favorite brands.
Why do I love Hartland Brooklyn so much? For starters, there’s that beautiful felted paper. Luckily for online readers and shoppers, the texture is so amazing that you can get an idea of what it looks like from photos. I also love the Hartland Brooklyn color palette. The bright neons compliment subtle designs which manage to be both eye-catching and elegant at the same time. Delicate gold foil is incorporated into some of the cards. The brand is environmentally friendly, using post-consumer kraft envelopes, which pair perfectly with the bright hues that frequently make an appearance on the cards. And if that wasn’t enough, the cards are printed in New York City… so naturally I may be a bit biased. Emily Johnson started the brand in 2012 in Manhattan, but has since moved to the Catskills. I love so many Hartland Brooklyn cards, but you can see Quill Society’s curated selection here. Check out the pictures below for some Hartland Brooklyn fun!
